1940s yellow nylon jersey gown with side swag

Description

1940s yellow nylon jersey floor length dress with lace trim on the cap sleeves and side swag. V-neckline, gathers along the sides of the bodice and bias-cut skirt. Front slit in the skirt. Hidden side metal zipper.

care: dry clean

condition: dress has no loose seams or blatant issues besides a brown spot on the left sleeve as seen in the photos, but would benefit from a dry cleaning. The laundry list: there is a faint dot on the right neckline and a faint spot on the front right side of the skirt midway down. The back skirt also has a couple faint spots midway down to hem and a black mark right at hem edge (see last pic). A couple pulls around neckline, probably from a brooch. Front neckline has been re-sewn by hand (see pics) and there is some pulling at the dress seams. Some discoloration at shoulders that may come out. Priced to sell.
