1970s black + white peasant dress new-old

Description

Never worn 1970s Patti Cappalli black + white summer dress with tags. Even though the fabric tag says rayon/polyester, the fabric feels and burns like cotton. Empire waistline with a four plastic button opening at the neckline. 3/4 length tapered sleeves. Tiered gathered skirt with side pockets.
